EllisCo worked with Operable Window Technologies on this project programming and commissioning WINDOW MASTER PLUS controllers and helping to integrate the controllers with the BMS, SECURITY and FIRE Systems. Controllers communicate with the BMS via ETHERNET IP allowing actuators to be modulated in the main building. Over 600 TOPP C20 actuators were supplied and installed by Operable Window Technologies across 4 different building as part of the new campus development.
